Combining award-winning sushi creations with impeccable service and a sleek, sophisticated atmosphere, Magic Fingers (MF) Sushibar has emerged as Atlanta's premier sushi dining destination. MF Sushibar is Atlanta's first Japanese restaurant to exclusively serve sushi. While other restaurants offer a variety of Asian cuisine, MF Sushibar offers a genuine Japanese sushi dining experience by focusing on the country's specialty. MF Sushibar was founded by the Kinjo brothers, Alex and Chris, whose complementary talents are the core of the midtown namesake. Chris is a renowned sushi chef who has shared his innovative approach to the sushi making craft in restaurants across the U.S. for more than a decade. His amazing use of his hands in creating his renowned dishes earned him the "Magic Fingers" nickname from his peers. Chris' respect and passion for the art of sushi have earned him the reputation as one of the country's most creative and accomplished sushi chefs. Alex utilized his extensive background in art to personally design many of the features offered in the restaurant, including the menus, advertising and stylish, yet inviting, decor.

I am reviewing the Buckhead location, corner of Peachtree and Piedmont in the new Terminus complex. This sister location of the famous Midtown MF Sushi could not be better. Situated alongside Bricktops, Aquanox and across from Lola, the Terminus is quite the address for dining in Buckhead these days. This is a point not overlooked by the Buckhead elite, judging by the crowd of beautiful people waiting for their luxury cars at the shared valet every night. The MF Sushi restaurant is beautifully designed, the wait staff excellent and the sushi....out of this world (so are the prices!). We happily placed ourselves (and wallets) in the hands of Chef Itosan who took care of each dish, providing us with a seemingly never ending variation of sushi and sashimi, each plate exquisitely presented. If it weren't for the high prices, I would be eating there every week.
