xilandari from Atlanta Exquisite. Delicious. Outstanding. I am running out of superlatives! Service was impeccable, the sommelier is fantastic, and the food....well, I had the best dining experience I have had in Atlanta in the past 12 months. I used to go to this restaurant a lot but after a while, the quest for new experiences led me astray. What a mistake. Our table enjoyed a perfect French onion soup that transported me to Paris. The lasagna was two layers of delicate home made pasta, sandwiching an artichoke pur, topped with generous truffle slices. We also had Hawaiin shrimp with raviolis immersed in a ginger foam. Sublime. Their french fries are without a doubt, the best in town. Oh yes, I almost forgot, they called the day after to check on our experience. What a novel concept! Other area restaurants should take note, particularly the ones who think they are better but are not. 2008-12-17 |
