It's no mystery why Atlanta loves singing the blues. Its simple 12-bar structure has found its way into almost all genres of music, from gospel to rock. Perhaps the most influential of all American music forms, blues music can be found nightly at joints like Blind Willie's in Virginia Highland, Maddy's Rib & Blues Joint in Decatur and Northside Tavern in Atlanta.
